Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free for every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are cut off at 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London), Monday-Friday. Handling normally takes 1-2 business days and transit normally takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days after order confirmation.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Who pays return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us with photos and order details so we can review the case.
Products and warranty
Do products show identifiers?
Product pages include brand, model or MPN, condition, and any available GTIN/EAN details.
Are the products new?
Products are sold as brand new unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
